Welcome to Le 16, your ideal pied-à-terre in Lons-le-Saunier.
Our six apartments, carefully renovated in 2025, combine modern comfort with a warm atmosphere to make your stay unforgettable.
From cosy studios to spacious two-bedroom duplexes, each accommodation offers a bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker and toaster.
The bedrooms are designed for your comfort, with built-in wardrobes and beds of various sizes (160×190 cm, 140×80 cm and 80×190 cm).
Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower.
The residence is ideally located, just a stone’s throw from all the shops in the heart of the town. You can also take advantage of our bicycle storage room, washing machine/dryer in each apartment and free Wi-Fi!
