Thermal station at the crossroad<\/h3>\n

Jura prefecture and surrounded by vineyard, lake, pond, typical valley of Jura, hillside, Lons-le-Saunier offers also the charms of an urban stroll : Busy square, springs, patio and numerous shops, museums, restaurants, rue du Commerce with its 146 archway. Day or night, the city center offers numerous activities to discover with your friends or family. For example, take a look at the programming of the 3 movie theater of the city, but also at the “Sc\u00e8nes du Jura”, which shows plays in the beautiful Italian theater of the city.<\/p>\n

Our 2 advices :

– The guided tour with the tourist office to discover the treasures and symbols of the city : Rouge de Lisle statue (born in the city), the apothecary, the H\u00f4tel Dieu, the Salted Well…<\/p>\n

– The House of the Vache Qui Rit : Famous cheese factory that the kids love so much since generations !<\/p>\n

You’ll have a nice place to stay if you’re planning on living in Lons-le-Saunier.<\/p>\n

Jura is the name of the deparment but also the name of the mountain massif, is a big part of the Bourgogne Franche-Compt\u00e9 region. With its big forest land, valleys, plain, punctuated with its numerous lake, Jura attract nature lovers who could enjoy the hikes, have a ride on a bike or even try the aquatic activities.<\/p>\n
